2. User Profiles and Memberships:

    2.1 User Profile Creation: Users may have the option to create a profile on our website as part of their membership. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a profile. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their profile credentials and are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under their profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security. 

    2.2 Membership Benefits and Features: Memberships or Subscriptions may provide access to additional features, content, or services. The specific benefits and features associated with each membership level will be clearly communicated to users. 

    2.3 Membership Fees and Renewals: Membership fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated before users commit to the membership. Users authorize Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett to charge the applicable fees using the chosen payment method. Membership fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. Memberships may be set to renew automatically unless canceled by the user.

    2.4 Termination of Membership: Users may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations should be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's membership or profile at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

    2.5 User-Generated Content: Users may have the ability to post or upload content on their profile or other areas of the website. By doing so, users grant Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis”  Pritchett a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute their user-generated content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

    2.6 User Responsibilities: Users are solely responsible for their interactions and communications with other users on the website. They agree to use the website and its communication features responsibly, respecting the rights and privacy of other users.

    2.7 We reserve the right to revoke your membership for any reason at any time including as a result of a violation of these Terms of the Privacy Policy, without notice. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

3.Virtual and In-Person Services/Bookings: 

    3.1. Isis Energetic Healing provides energy healing services, including but not limited to, energy clearing, intuitive guidance, and spiritual support. Energy healing is an overarching term to describe the emerging field contributing to the larger field of holistic health and well-being. At this time, most people in the licensed medical community currently view energy healing as empirical and experimental. Energy healing, which is the basis for the holistic healing work performed by Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, and all employees and subcontractors, is not currently regulated by law in The United States. Natalie “Isis” Pritchett and any employee/subcontractor has been trained to practice energy healing from skilled practitioners.

    3.2. Our services are complementary to traditional medical care. No service, course, or product offered by Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett is intended, in any way; explicit, implicit, by implication, or in reference; to be a substitute or replacement for licensed medical or psychological care. In addition, the information and techniques on this site do not constitute medical advice.

    3.3 While all suggested information, services and training are offered in good faith, Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett cannot accept responsibility for any illness arising out of the failure by the visitor, client or student to seek medical advice from a qualified doctor or medical practitioner.

    3.4 We cannot promise any specific benefits that you will experience from using our services or products. The expected performance of Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett services and products in relation to specific diseases has not been scientifically validated, and we do not make any promises regarding miracle cures.

    3.5 Past performance and results are not a reliable indicator of future performance and results.

    3.6 By purchasing a subscription to a Daily Clearing Paid Plan, you are consenting and agreeing to receive any energetical clearing work deemed necessary by Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett.

    3.7 You acknowledge that long term energy imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions. You understand that individual results may vary by client; therefore their effectiveness depends on the client and no guarantee can be made regarding the results of its use.  You understand and agree Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, its owners, and its employees claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, illness, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the session or any future session you receive. You also agree to contact the practitioner in the event of any issues that should arise from any session you receive.

    3.8 Billing and Payments: By booking a virtual or in-person service, users authorize Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett to charge the applicable fees using the chosen payment method. The full price of the appointment will be charged upon booking. Refunds are only applicable for a greater than 24-hour notice of cancellation of the booking appointment time, with no reschedule. You may also reschedule a booked appointment, one time, at no extra charge to you with greater than 24-hour notice. A second rescheduling will result in loss of original payment and a new booking will need to be made. Refunds are not applicable for a less than 24-hour notice of cancellation, or rescheduling of the booking appointment time, except in emergencies. To communicate an emergency for a less than 24-hour notice cancellation, email support@isisenergetichealing.com. Emergency status will be determined by Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, and a full or partial refund will be given if cancellation is determined to be necessary due to an emergency. 

    3.9 You agree that additional terms and conditions may apply to specific products, orders or your use of certain portions of the website, including with respect to ordering, shipping and return policies and membership reward programs(“Additional Terms”), which Additional Terms are made part of the said Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall control. 

4. Client Responsibilities: 

    4.1 Clients must be 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to receive our services. 

    4.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about their health, medical history, and any medications they are taking. 

    4.3 Clients acknowledge that they have the right to accept or decline any suggested healing techniques or modalities.

5. Paid Subscriptions:

    5.1 Subscription Plans: Users may have the option to subscribe to premium services or content for a fee. The details of each subscription plan, including pricing, billing cycles, and features, will be clearly communicated to users before they commit to the subscription.

    5.2  Billing and Payments: By subscribing to our paid services, users authorize Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett to charge the applicable fees using the chosen payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

    5.3 Subscription Cancellation: Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations should be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

    5.4 Recurring Billing: By starting your Daily Clearing Subscription, you authorize us to charge you a monthly membership fee at the current rate to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers and/or changing or adding a plan, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Service, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you. 

    5.5 Free Trials: Your Daily Clearing Subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for the period of time specified during sign-up (or if no time is stated, seven (7) days. Free trials may not be combined with any other offers. Free trials are for new and certain former members only. Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to determine your free trial eligibility. You will not receive a notice from us that your free trial period has ended or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. 6. Confidentiality: 

    6.1. All client information and interactions are treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 

    6.2. Client information will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's explicit consent, unless required by law.

    6.3 Submitted testimonies may be published and will be only identified as the first and/or last initial and the respective City, State.

7. Disclaimer of Liability: 

    7.1. Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, as the owner of Isis Energetic Healing, is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice or prescribe medications. 

    7.2. Clients acknowledge that the services provided by Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett are based on holistic principles and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. 

    7.3. Natalie “Isis” Pritchett and Isis Energetic Healing shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or misinterpretation of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability:

10. Unpaid Compensation/Credit for User Feedback/Suggestions:

    10.1 User Feedback and Suggestions: Users may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Isis Energetic Healing or Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, regarding our services or website. While we appreciate user input, any such submissions will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

    10.2 Unpaid Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, users understand and acknowledge that Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett is not obligated to provide compensation, financial or otherwise, for user feedback, suggestions, or ideas.

11. Website User Agreement:

    13.1 You are in a contractual relationship with Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, it's owners, employees, and subcontractors when you book any in person service, virtual service, and for every course or program you enroll in, in person or virtually. Any dispute(s) arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions; or from the contractual relationship between Isis Energetic Healing, Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, it's owners, employees, and subcontractors shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado; and shall be decided solely and exclusively by State or Federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

    13.2 The contractual relationship includes the legal disclaimer stated above, privacy policy, cookie policy, and terms of service.

14. International Use

    14.1 We control and operate the website from the United States. We make no representation that materials on the website are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you choose to access this website from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
