Cancellation Policy
The full price of the appointment will be charged upon booking. Refunds are only applicable for a greater than 24-hour notice of cancellation of the booking appointment time, with no reschedule. You may also reschedule a booked appointment, one time, at no extra charge to you with greater than 24-hour notice. A second rescheduling will result in loss of original payment and a new booking will need to be made. Refunds are not applicable for a less than 24-hour notice of cancellation, or rescheduling of the booking appointment time, except in emergencies. To communicate an emergency for a less than 24-hour notice cancellation, email support@isisenergetichealing.com. Emergency status will be determined by Natalie “Isis” Pritchett, and a full or partial refund will be given if cancellation is determined to be necessary due to an emergency.
