At that time, a membership will be required and a nominal yearly membership fee will be implemented for use of the website and services. Purchase and retention of a Daily Clearing Subscription, that commences before the 'Private Membership Association' launch, will result in FOUNDING MEMBER status, which will include initial and continued membership status, exempt from yearly membership fees. Cancellation of a Daily Clearing Subscription will result in loss of FOUNDING MEMBER status, and a membership and yearly recurring membership fee will be required for use of website and services after the 'Private Membership Association' launch.
