• Ever felt horrible for no reason?

• Felt like crying all day and chalked it up to "hormones"?

• Not felt like yourself? Had anxiety for no reason?

These can be symptoms of picking up energies and emotions that aren't yours. (Among other issues that aren't yours, that aren't as easy to recognize.) And if you live in a heavily populated area, or work around a lot of people; this can be even more intense and confusing.

This one single thing is HUGE.

Empathy can cause more problems than it's perceived to help.

You can still have compassion and understanding without internalizing the feelings of others. And when you try to take on their emotional burdens, it is not helping them, but is certainly hurting you.

​

Somewhere along the way, not only did we get programmed to do this, but subconsciously feel guilty if we do not. And most of the time we are doing this unconsciously. We are literally carrying the weight of the world, and it can be draining and damaging, even physically. Carrying the energetical burdens of others can cause physical issues to manifest in our lives, internal AND external, in addition to emotional distress.

On top of all of that, there are many other sources of energy that we can have or pick up that are not ours. Generational trauma in DNA passed to us is another source. This trauma is not ours to process, yet we are seemingly stuck with it. This can make us feel things, repeat unconscious patterns, and even have physical dysfunction that we cannot identify where its coming from. Speaking of DNA, viruses are RNA, and are also not ours which is not only also an issue, but a more tangible example. Parasites and parasitic energy is another one. Even bacteria and yeast/fungus/mold can project thoughts to our mind and feelings or cravings to our body to ensure their survival. "Evil eyes" and curses/hexes from others are also included in these issues.

This all weighs us down and makes it hard to figure out not only what IS ours,

but where WE ARE underneath it all.

​

With the Daily Energy Clearing, we will begin clearing out basic layers of all of this distortion, and keep daily accumulation at bay.  It takes a while to work through the layers, but you should begin to feel lighter and more clear immediately. Once more layers get cleared and healed, you can begin to better discern when something arises that is not yours. Clearings will take place daily, and you will be notified when this has occurred.
