Sensory/Cranial Nerve
Re-intigration
The Cranial Nerves are 12 nerves that emerge directly from the brain, in contrast to spinal nerves which emerge from segments of the spinal cord. They make up the sensory part of the nervous system, consisting of things such as taste, hearing, eye control, facial feeling, smell, and balance, as well as supplying some specific motor innervations. We (our spirit/soul) occupy this body, and rely on its interpretation of frequency and light to SENSE and EXPERIENCE. When we do not want to experience our world, we pull our energy away from that part of our body. For example: repeated and reinforced feelings and beliefs such as: "I dont want to see/hear/feel that." This creates disease and dysfunction in our bodies- because, we have pulled our life force (qi) out of those associated areas of the body, and so it begins to deteriorate. Some of these nerves are also a major part of the Parasympathetic Nervous system, which you can read about here.
What I want to note is this, in reference to stress and the body:

"The parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for the body's rest and digestion response when the body is relaxed, resting, or feeding. It basically undoes the work of sympathetic division after a stressful situation. The parasympathetic nervous system decreases respiration and heart rate and increases digestion."

Its important this system is in balance in order for your body to deal with stress properly and to ensure you are not stuck in a fight, flight, freeze stress response. Using Sensory Neural Re-Association, I reconnect YOU to your body, restoring function and life flow (qi) to those parts of your body that you have disassociated from.
